Specialization masters are advanced study programs focused on specific issues, either closely related to current research topics or aimed at meeting the needs of certain sectors of the economy or society. They are open to holders of an appropriate master's degree.

Master of Science in Nuclear Engineering

This 60-credit program covers all aspects of nuclear engineering: nuclear physics, life cycle management of nuclear fuel, safety and containment of nuclear buildings, reactor control and operation.

The Master is co-organized by the University of Liege, several Belgian universities and the Belgian Nuclear Research Center (SCK-CEN) in the framework of the Belgian National Nuclear Education Network (BNEN).

The courses are given in English in the premises of the SCK-CEN in Mol. The diploma has been accredited by the European Nuclear Education Network.
