This page sums up the most frequently asked questions addressed to the Student Administration of the Faculty of Applied Sciences :
Registration and re-registration are exclusively online, via the myULiège portal. Instructions for use are available online.
All the information is available on the website of the University of Liège.
Medical certificate: if you have not submitted it when you registered, please, print your medical certificate template, have it completed by your general practitioner and send it to the Registration Department before November 30 via their contact platform or by post (Service des Inscriptions, place du 20-Août 7, 4000 Liège).
Other documents : If you need to complete your file with another document (household composition for preferential rate, staff member certificate, final academic recognition, etc.), you must also send it to the Registration Department via their contact platform .
To avoid long queues at the Registration Department reception desk in the central building, some services have been made available to you. You can :

To be able to draw up your annual programme, you must have paid at least 10% of the registration fee..
You can download and print your certificates (family allowances, registration,...), proof of payment, transcripts,... via the "My Documents" button, via the portal myULiège (Instructions for use).
The Student Social Service informs students about the conditions for granting a reduction in tuition fees. To request a reduction in your registration fees, you must be registered/re-registered for the current academic year. The procedures must be completed before the deadline:
- Request for a reduction in your registration fees (to the Student Social Service) : before September 30.
- Request for staggered payment of your registration fees (to the Student Social Service) : before October 31.
From mid-August to the end of October, the Student Social Service is open from Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 4pm.
Prior authorization from the Faculty is required to take a limited number of courses as a student-at-large and to take the examinations, which, if passed successfully, will result in a certificate of achievement (not a diploma). Three courses for a maximum of 20 credits are permitted, with the written agreement of the professor and the Dean.
The card will be replaced exclusively at the reception desk of the Registration Department. 10 € in cash will be requested from the students concerned to cover administrative costs.
